Our products are manufactured in Oregon, WA, USA and Saint-Eustache, Quebec, Canada.

Where is my order?

Once you place your order online, our order processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your products are shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the shipping carrier. To track your package follow the appropriate link below. Shipping through UPDS and Canada Post is 1-6 business days. International Shipping is 7-18 days

Shipping to my location is too expensive, is there a cheaper alternative?

Our shipping rates are automatically calculated by our Squarespace store, we have noticed some shipping rates are higher than it should be. If the shipping rate is over $20 to any U.S locations (including Puerto Rico and Hawaii) please email us and we will set-up a discount for you. We aim to keep our shipping rates affordable for every location.
